Traffic Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Entravision New England is looking for a detailed–oriented team player to join our busy Traffic Department. This is an entry-level coordinator position. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main duties are to enter copy, ensure that materials flow through the traffic processes in a timely manner, contact agencies or account managers for traffic instructions and commercials, update and maintain daily dub and weekly purge lists and assist the traffic manager with the preparation of the daily program log.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks.  Previous television experience or a basic understanding of television would be a plus.  Wide Orbit software preferred but not required.  Spanish/English fluency a plus.
