Forum Communications and WDAY-TV, the #1 news station in Fargo, North Dakota, is looking for a Staff Meteorologist.
WDAY is an Emmy award-winning, locally owned and operated station. We produce more than 30 hours of local news each week. We have a staff of over 35 journalists working in news, weather, and sports. Our newsroom includes spacious work areas for each employee, a makeup room, meeting spaces and a hangout area complete with couches and televisions.

The metro population is over 240,000, including the cities of Fargo and West Fargo in North Dakota and Moorhead and Dilworth in Minnesota. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering weathercasts for our digital platforms. Your main area of focus will be working on forecasting for our websites in Rochester and Duluth, Minnesota. You will also help deliver weather forecasts and reports for Radio and TV. We have the latest WSI weather system with all the bells and whistles.
A 4-year degree is required.
