Digital Content Developer

We are seeking a Digital Content Developer to work with the existing Digital Creative Services team. We are searching for a creative candidate who sees digital production and tracking online marketing performance as both a job and a hobby. The Digital Content Developers primary responsibility will be to develop client campaigns by planning and executing design along with maintaining and upgrading service.




Creates digital projects using stations current and future workflow systems
Ensures that campaigns for programming, sales and promotions are executed efficiently and within agreed upon deadlines.
Plans site design and landing pages for clients; designing functionality.
Develops site navigation by categorizing content
Develops site content and graphics, designing images, icons, banners, etc.
Creates and executes email marketing campaigns
Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; maintaining links and content.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Provide support for other members of Digital Creative Services team
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary



Strong graphic design skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of technical terminology unique to online marketing, emerging web-based technologies, and Internet trends
Understanding of basic web usability, user experience, and accessibility best practices
Ability to gauge workloads and deadline expectations
Web programming skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and good understanding of browser capabilities
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Ability to create compelling visual content
Knowledge of Google Ad Manager Platform
Knowledge of Google Analytics



Experience with WordPress management, SEO and optimization
Web Graphic and Web User Interface Design
Website start-up experience


Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.
Lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion.


Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures
Work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to handle stress.
Ability to consistently work hours required. 
Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Maintain positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management, clients and listeners
