Regional Digital Campaign Manager


Townsquare Media is looking for a Regional Digital Campaign Manager for our Upstate NY market. This person will be an in-market Townsquare Ignite “Evangelizer” that will provide support to local Sales Reps and Account Mangers. Programmatic media has many moving parts, and it will be up to the Digital Campaign Manager to keep the line of communication open with the Corporate Ignite team and drive new/emerging technologies and techniques into the market. Ultimately the responsibility of the DCM is to oversee the management of local campaigns, making sure that they are performing, driving renewals and lowering churn.



  • Owner of Automated Proposal System – managing proposal build queue ensuring a high performing campaign is built for each completed C.N.A submission in a timely manner (48-72 business hour turnaround)
  • Report weekly activity to DOS/DSM or any designee TBD, to include number of proposals in market broken out by AE participation & total pending dollars
  • Integrate directly with regional/local sales teams. A pillar of support & first point of contact for any Ignite campaign
  • Participate in weekly AE / team trainings on industry changes, competition, products, strategy, recent successes and facilitate ongoing training and education
  • Upon closed business, schedule / facilitate a campaign kickoff call which will include AE, Account Manager and NY Ignite Team designed to aid in the flawless launch of the campaign
  • Facilitate and lead weekly calls with your Ignite NYC Client Services Team. The goals of each call are to review each live campaign’s performance, deep dive into your market pacing documents and come up with recommended optimizations. Continue to evaluate action items from previous call until progress is made and all accounts are meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Serve as catalyst between the market for any correspondence from trafficking or creative teams throughout the campaign flight
  • Analyze, review & report success for key Ignite accounts – showcase results, tactic usage, spends, strategy and optimizations in detailed customized reporting
  • Creating client proposals as well as client facing presentations to express performance reporting
  • Work within demand side platforms to verify campaign delivery and performance
  • Correct campaign challenges and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Use working knowledge of HTML and website builds to be a resource for all pixel placement
  • Work to reconcile Ignite billing monthly with the local market’s Business Manager
  • Utilize your digital expertise to provide consultative input to clients or AEs: website, social, search, positioning



  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Finance, Analytics, or related field experience
  • 2+ years Programmatic experience with a focus on Campaign Management, Sales Support, Sales or Account Management
  • Experience managing Programmatic campaigns totaling $500k+ in revenue
  • Experience working with Demand Side Platforms such as AppNexus, Simpli.Fi, DartBidManager, TubeMogul, Centro, LiveRail, and others preferred
  • Ability to effectively train and educate local markets
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills in order to ensure the highest performing campaigns for clients
  • High energy and ability to work on a team is a must
  • Good organization and detail-oriented skills
