As an HR Manager, you will be critical to attracting, retaining and developing these individuals within our Denver Market (KOSI FM 101.1, KYGO FM 98.5, KKFN FM 104.3 The Fan, KEPN AM 1600 ESPN). You are needed for your expertise in employee engagement, performance management, organizational change, employment law, compensation, project management and more.
Foster a working relationship with managers/supervisors to promote a working environment that welcomes all Bonneville employees.
Ensure FCC EEO and other HR related law compliance for the Denver Market.
Ensure Bonnevilles procedures are followed with respect to job openings.
Oversee, develop and evaluate effective recruitment sources.
Responsible for HR input into Great Plains (our HRIS), including new hire information, salary changes, terminations, etc. to maintain up-to-date HR records. Will also be responsible to assist in the migration to Workday (our new HRIS effective January 2018).
Coach managers/supervisors in interviewing skills to assist them in finding and choosing the best employees in the shortest possible period of time, reducing hiring errors and reducing turnover.
Ensure periodic performance "check ins" are completed for each employee.
Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, diversity issues and harassment allegations.
Coach employees and managers on effective problem resolution and steps to take to maintain a positive working environment.
Maintain employee confidence and protect the Company by keeping employee data confidential.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management, and clients.
Consistently work hours required. Work more when required to meet deadlines, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Prefer 2+ years of prior HR management experience
The ability to understand and utilize HR metrics to track and improve upon key processes
Extensive experience coaching, engaging, and guiding leaders by building effective business-focused relationships
Sound business acumen with analytical skills
Strong facilitation skills
Project management skills
Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.
Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion.
