We are seeking a qualified High-Level Assistant for KFMB Stations executive office. This position will provide administrative support to upper level management (Owner and General Manager) and the Human Resources Director. Responsibilities may also be extended to provide support to other Department Heads or managers as necessary.
Position will be required to answer phone calls and take messages; maintain, organize and schedule calendars; handle correspondence (as directed); file; data entry; coordinate and arrange travel; submit/review expense reports; and other tasks as needed. Position requires discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality; initiative; attention to detail; the ability to manage multiple tasks; strong communication skills (both written and verbal); organizational skills; and a working knowledge of Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel.
A minimum of 10 years of previous administrative assistant experience, including HR experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree is required. Experience working in a television station or media company is preferred.
