Position: We are looking for a full time help desk technician to make an individual and team contribution to the KSL Information Systems Department by providing technical computer assistance, system support, basic troubleshooting, training, coordination of resources based on priorities, and other activities as needed.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Provide user computer support Basic Windows desktop operating systems
Microsoft Office, Sales software, email
Phone and voicemail
Provide support for on-air critical systemsENPS software and hardware supports
DAD software and hardware support
Provide network support Help with Active Directory user management
Help with file storage management
Help with printing installation
Provide basic trouble-shooting techniquesHardware
Phones and voicemail
Maintain priorities and be aware of resources
Work in compliance with Company policy and procedures
Maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management and clients
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Two years post high school education or equivalent related experience in the computer field
Experience on a "help desk" or equivalent providing computer technical support for end users with operational and technical problems
Ability to install, configure, repair and maintain PC hardware, Applications (including Microsoft Office), and Operating systems (including Windows 7,8 and 10)
Skill in troubleshooting problems with systems and networks with a moderate amount of supervision
Excellent customer service skills while under pressure or in difficult situations
Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills
Work effectively in team environment
Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. of equipment as needed.
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.
