We are seeking applicants who demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines and quality standards. This position is cross-channel, supporting a variety of clients. The primary responsibilities are: accurately assembling and/or indexing mortgage documents and precise data entry.
Daily: Sitting at a desk, pulling documents from various systems, uploading into document management system, accurately capturing data from documents and entering said data into various systems. Strong data entry skills are required. This is repetitive work.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies; ability to write routine reports and correspondences; bilingual is a plus.
Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills Experience with Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Employment is contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test.
