KSE Radio Ventures, LLC is looking for dynamic sales people to join our team. This position will identify and solicit new business; service and grow existing accounts by creating customized marketing solutions for local businesses by using radio, digital advertising, mobile and events. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, and have proven sales abilities with experience in managing and building a client base.
- Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business.
- Proactively develop new business by using all of our advertising and marketing assets.
- Create marketing campaigns and strategically selling to local and regional decision makers.
- Closing business and executing the client campaign as agreed upon.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Continually build upon knowledge of industry trends, opportunities and innovations.
Minimum Position Qualifications
- Must have a proven track record of exceeding goals in sales with the ability to develop new business.
- Must have the ability to develop creative campaigns focused on meeting client needs.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with an acute attention to detail.
- Media sales experience and knowledge of market demographics is a plus.
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
