The VP and General Manager Oversee News, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT,
Programming, Production, Community Affairs and Administration of WSPA and WYCW.
Create and execute a strategic plan for growing ratings, revenue and profits.
the General Manager is responsible for protecting the stations FCC
license and promoting a positive image of the station to the community. Oversee
all sales and sales related marketing efforts to maximize the potential of the
station. Responsible for the execution of a brand and marketing plan with a
focus on news growth and community program development. Insure that WSPA and
WYCW is in compliance with FCC and EEO rules.
Four year college degree with 10 years previous experience in television
management, sales, or operations preferred.
Bachelors Level Degree with 10 years previous experience in television management, sales or operations preferred. Position requires progressive experience in television station management.
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Background check and drug screen required
