JOB DESCRIPTION:

Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) one of the fastest growing Hispanic multi-media companies seeks an Administrative Assistant for our business operations department in Washington, DC television station (Univision affiliate).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Description/Responsibilities:

  • Perform all phases of administrative/secretarial duties of a confidential nature for the Business Operations Manager.
  • Maintain department files including personnel files and EOO online/in-house station files.
  • Use good judgment and work independently, while also exercising discretion in determining which matters need to be brought to the attention of other internal departments.
  • AR / AP
  • Payroll /Invoicing

REQUIREMENTS:

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) a must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer skills working with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
