WEEK-TV Television in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to the General Manager. Administrative Assistant is a vital position within our company involved in all levels of company management and decision making in an exciting broadcast television environment.
- At least 5 years of high-level administrative experience.
- Payroll, Human Resources and Benefits experience.
- Accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills including budget.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task numerous duties on a daily basis.
- Excellent Communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong general computer skills.
- Television or Radio Broadcast experience strongly preferred.
- College degree in related field a plus.
