Assistant Business Manger

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Portland Radio Group is seeking the right person for an opening in the business office. The ideal candidate needs to be dependable and have strong problem solving and organizational skills. Knowledge of accounting/booking practices preferred. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines so multitasking abilities are very important. Must be self-motivated, possess good communications skills, detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and perform tasks in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment. Strong computer skills is a must. Portland Radio Group consists of 7 radio stations located in South Portland.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include: Assist scheduling and producing daily station logs, assist with order entry and other duties associated as required. Processing/entry of accounts payable and receivable and other duties as needed.
