Assist the Traffic Department by inputting data into Wide Orbit traffic system; processing reports for sales, traffic and administration; work daily logs; complete network affidavits; provide professional and courteous customer service to clients, visitors and employees in person, on the phone and via email; Distribute prizes to contest winners; Assist promotions department with special projects; Provide administrative support and other general office/clerical duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required..
High level of computer proficiency; TV broadcast traffic system knowledge a plus. Previous experience in radio or television a plus. Ability to multi-task; strong detail orientation; work independently and with minimal supervision; prompt and reliable; high work ethic and standards; excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively in person and by telephone; strong problem solving abilities; strong organization and time management skills.
Knowledge of Wide Orbit or other traffic software a plus. Extensive knowledge of general computer software. Preferred experience as a traffic coordinator, promotions, production or sales assistant with emphasis on customer service. Experience working in radio, television or film production preferred.
