Digital Sales Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Digital Sales Assistant needed to assist Digital Sales Manager with all station digital projects and events. Experience with social media for a business environment and digital traffic systems such as DFP is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with editing and publication of WTVC`s Web and social media content as directed by Digital Sales Manager and WTVC`s management team
  • Create and process digital sales contests as per sales agreements
  • Create sales packages for digital sales team; track, schedule and create proof of performance reports for all digital campaigns
  • Create and distribute weekly revenue reports for digital sales team
  • Assist account executives and sales management with digital order entry
  • Contribute to the development of new online resources and projects as part of the digital team
  • Undertake such other digital assistant duties as may reasonably be required by WTVC`s management team

REQUIREMENTS:
Successful applicant will be detail-oriented, creative and able to learn new things quickly. The ideal candidate is very organized, can work well under pressure and understands how to prioritize and manage time wisely. Excellent communication skills are required for this position. Must have experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook and be proficient in data entry.
