Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CBS Radio Cleveland has an immediate opening for an Office Manager/HR Coordinator reporting directly to the Cleveland Market SVP/Market Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executive Assistant to the Market Manager
  • Local Human Resources Coordinator
  • Phone/email communications with staff, vendors, contractors, etc.
  • Maintain office procedures, contact lists, manage security access
  • Maintain/produce/update reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements

  • ¬†Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic, creative, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential¬†matters with discretion
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment and prioritize workload

Preferred

  • 1+ years of Office Management experience including H/R and Executive Assistant
