Digital Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manages all activities regarding the production of digital media (e.g. websites, mobile sites, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and email marketing); determines suitable vendors and addresses customer’s expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages and approves digital production schedules, digital specifications, and internal budgets.
  • Direct liaison between digital vendors and 2060 Digital.
  • Oversees purchase orders for vendors.
  • Works directly with sales team in production of digital campaigns.
  • Works directly with the client to obtain assets needed to produces digital marketing campaigns.
  • May aid in production presentations and other creative digital media based on content prepared by professional staff.
  • Familiar with a variety of agency concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ensures that all customers are satisfied with delivered digitals in order to enhance customer relations.
  • May aid in the creative development of a campaign.
  • Remain current with the latest digital trends and products.
  • Gather and analyze data, to put together recaps.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Three (3+) years of digital production experience preferred, within an agency or large marketing department.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of a website development process.
  • Strong understanding of Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of display advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity/experiences with email marketing.
  • Must be highly creative, flexible and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function successfully in team environment.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate computer keys and general office equipment (telephone, copier, calculator, etc.) for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly and follow both oral and written direction.
