KRQE Media Group in Albuquerque is searching for a Sales Assistant professional. We are seeking an individual who is extremely organized, motivated and possess a "can do" attitude.
In this position you will be responsible for the administrative & clerical support of a staff of Account Managers, including Traffic and Sales Managers. Other duties will include preparation of marketing proposals and correspondence, traffic order entry, handling vendor co-op, client order revisions/make-goods of pre-empted commercial spots, maintaining reports, filing, and on occasion answering a multi-line switchboard.
A minimum of two years’ experience in television or radio sales support or equivalent experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WideOrbit, Kantar & PrimeLingo, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills, quality customer service, and the ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks.
