Traffic Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Skills: The position will be responsible for the facilitation of spot advertising for the assigned station. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Managing all spot inventory; produce and finalize daily station logs, manage preemptions and make goods. Assist with the input of traffic instructions and ensure spots are received. Additional traffic duties/assignments as directed. Must be able to prioritize workload and accurately perform multiple tasks in a high volume and deadline driven environment. Strong organization and problem solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties: Generate daily commercial log. Process and revise orders. Process incoming commercial copy and the retrieval of spots. Manage inventory and preemptions. Input data into Wide Orbit traffic system; additional responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Prior broadcast traffic or television experience preferred; Wide Orbit experience preferred. Shift: Full-time; day-shift Education: High school diploma or equivalency required. College degree in related field preferred.
