Business Office Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for all phases of accounts payable including working with department managers on expense management and ordering office supplies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is also responsible for programming, quarterly FCC and Chirlrens's reports and assist with hiring in compliance with FCC/EEO regulations. Also is the back up for accounts receivables and the receptionist. Helps with various other station projects such as job fairs. Applicant should have great organizational skills, be detailed oriented, have the ability to multi-task and follow policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have computer experience and at least two years accounts payable experience. Experience with Great Plains, TMI and/or Wide Orbit is a plus. Must have a valid dirver's license and pass a credit, drug and MVR screen.
