Traffic Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Full-time Traffic Coordinator needed for a fast paced Spanish TV and Radio group. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years plus of Radio and/or TV Traffic experience. The position requires an individual who has the ability to multi-task, is pro-active and willing to take ownership of responsibilities and accountability for outcomes. A high level of professionalism is a must as the position consists of interactions with Sales, Promotions and Accounting departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include order validation, daily copy entry, log editing in WideOrbit Traffic System, generating missing copy reports, dealing with bumped/pre-empted spots, filing hard copies of contracts and other traffic duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 3 years of broadcast traffic experience is preferred.

Candidate must be able to handle deadlines in a fast passed, dynamic environment. High degree of accuracy is required for data entry, excellent multi-tasking skills a must. Individual must possess a team oriented attitude within the traffic department and have good organizational and communication skills.

The position requires proficiency in a Windows PC environment including MS Office (Word, Excel), a self-starter who learns quickly, strong written and verbal communications, a high level of organization and time management skills with attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
