Office Assistant: Santa Rosa, CA

This position will provide general administrative support to a small office. We are interested in someone who is energetic, self-motivated, a creative problem-solver who is willing and flexible to adjust to the needs of the moment. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with accounts payable, client & employee interaction, incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, filing, client correspondence, banking deposits and more. Sensitivity to working with confidential material, active learning skills and strong interpersonal skills are required. Someone who has strong time management and is highly organized will excel in our organization.


Prior office experience Verbal and written communication skills Accurate with details Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Internet skills Maintaining office supplies (order and restock) Daily back up of computer system 10 Key Typing Familiar with Scanning, Faxing and copying California or other valid driver’s license High School Diploma Ability to Multi-Task
