Digital Content Director

At Delta Media in Lafayette, LA we have incredible TV, Radio and Digital brands that connect with thousands of people every week in Louisiana`s Best City to Live! We have content, we have loyal fans, we have digital marketing opportunities, but we need creative, dedicated, intelligent sales people to utilize these assets to create innovative campaigns for clients. You would have the resources of strong radio brands; 103.7 The Game, Mustang 87.7, Mix 107.1, Z105.9, Juan 1520-105.3 and 106Three Radio Lafayette. You will also benefit from strong Television Brands; KLWB TV, KXKW TV and KDCG TV. This is an opportunity to be creative, innovative and assist our stations and our clients with unique programs and promotions.


  • Work with all members of the organization while taking ownership of core areas of responsibility
  • Create, edit, and upload website content for station promotions
  • Work with team members to prepare and publish imagery for the websites
  • Stay abreast of new and emerging online technologies
  • Oversee, manage, and market numerous websites and their rewards programs to increase online traffic while improving overall visitor experience
  • Create new ways to drive company`s digital revenue, build brand awareness, and launch new products/programs
  • Manage and oversee the station`s text clubs, audio streaming players, and mobile apps
  • Generate new content ideas for digital and on-air platforms
  • Thrive in a fun, challenging, and fast-paced work environment


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to juggle many projects at one time and meet all deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm for the use of technology in the delivery of content
  • Work well in a team oriented environment and be willing to collaborate and pitch in however needed in order to accomplish the goals of the organization
  • Ability to work with all members of the organization while taking ownership of core areas of responsibility
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing digital content
  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of social media
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Bachelor`s degree in Graphic Design, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or any related field
  • Online marketing and social media management experience
  • Experience in working with website platforms preferred (ex: WordPress)
