Local Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for local sales staff recruitment, accountability and training. Maximize revenue and share growth for both broadcast and internet. Contact and develop clients. Develop and implement station marketing and project plans.

REQUIREMENTS:
Sales management experience (media preferred) required. Local or National TV sales management experience. Strong leadership, motivational, negotiation and problem solving abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task under stress and deadline pressure. Computer literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TV-scan preferred. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. The Company will make reasonable physical accommodations to facilitate the ability to perform essential job functions.
