Digital Media Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Description - Digital Media Manager Skills expected of the In-market Digital Media Manager

  • Sales
    • Ability to work with prospective advertisers to determine their advertising goals and objectives and translate those goals / objectives into saleable programs/packages on the local web property
    • Working directly with the Director of Sales and Local Sales Management to manage Account Executives sales activity
    • Sales Program / Package Development - Understanding every element of the web products we have and develop sales opportunities that can be taken to prospects
    • Ability to present & sell adverting products to prospective advertisers
    • Customer Service Skills - ability to work with advertisers on existing campaigns to optimize and trouble shoot in-flight campaigns
    • Ability to translate raw site statistics into sales rationale to justify prospect investment on our interactive platform
  • Web Site Design / Implementation
    • Ability to take direction from the Corporate Digital Media Team to implement Nexstar Products and Interactive Modules
    • Ability to technically trouble shoot our suite of products and services offered across our platform to ensure proper operation
  • Administrative
    • Tracking and Reporting on Web Metrics
    • Tracking and Reporting on Sales Opportunities – Pipeline Management
    • Order Management and Billing
    • Training Account Executives on products, programs, and packages to be sold to prospective advertisers
