Our 4 station radio cluster is currently searching for a receptionist who exemplifies leadership, acheivement and team spirit.

Duties included but are not limited to:

  • Phone duties required
  • Help sales department with graphics for proposals
  • Hel traffic manager oversees affidavits, signed orders and daily station logs
  • Proficient in Excel and other Windows Office programs
  • Filing

Required Skills:
Ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills as well as possess good written and verbal skills. A good multitasker who demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills are a must including all Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience with radio traffic/billing systems preferred and knowledge of DeltaFlex/CBSI software in a major plus. Bilingual also a plus but not required.
