Local Sales Manager / Director of Client Development

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will work with our Local Account Executives to develop and implement sales projects and initiatives that generate revenue to achieve pre-determined budget goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The LSM will work to leverage the resources of outside sales vendors and our own in-house projects to create solutions for our clients across multiple platforms. Strong presentation skills are a must. This position is one of two LSM’s who work with the GSM to lead the sales team. We are looking for an innovator to help move our dynamic organization to the next level.

REQUIREMENTS:
College degree in Broadcasting, Sales or Marketing preferred. Prior management experience is a plus.
