Creative Services Traffic Coordinator (part-time)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
KTVK- 3TV is accepting applications for the position of Creative Services Traffic Coordinator (part-time).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete data entry of promotion spots into traffic log system daily for two stations. Assign promo house numbers, fill out corresponding paperwork and traffic promos accurately. Organize and schedule daily syndicated and network promo feeds. Edit weekly syndicated and network spots, using Final Cut. Work directly with Traffic to build contracts. Maintain and revise cross-promotional and CW Prime contracts between KTVK and KASW. Provide support for co-op applications and reimbursement paperwork. Prepare weekly report of fill spots, image promos and KTVK promos. Assist with station events, projects and production shoots. Other duties as assigned.

This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous media experience, television or radio promotion, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to edit on Final Cut system; organized; ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment; can adapt to changing priorities; work collaboratively and communicate effectively with staff at all levels and external partners and clients; very detailed oriented; strives for excellence in execution; takes initiative; maintains positive attitude. High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
