Full-time Traffic Manager needed for a fast paced Spanish TV and Radio group. Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years plus of Radio and/or TV Traffic experience.
The position requires an individual who has the ability to multi-task, is pro-active and willing to take ownership of responsibilities and accountability for outcomes. A high level of professionalism is a must as the position consists of interactions with Sales, Promotions and Accounting departments.
Responsibilities include order validation, daily copy entry, log editing in OSi Traffic System, manage bumped/pre-empted spots, assist Sales management with inventory management, and update Program Grids and other general traffic duties. Candidate must be able to handle deadlines in a fast passed, dynamic environment. High degree of accuracy is required for data entry, good understanding of inventory management, excellent multi-tasking skills a must and able to meet daily deadlines. Individual must possess a team oriented attitude within the traffic department and have good organizational and communication skills.
The position requires proficiency in a Windows PC environment including MS Office (Word, Excel), a self-starter who learns quickly, strong written and verbal communications, a high level of organization and time management skills with attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Must have a minimum of 4 years of broadcast traffic experience.
