Production Manager

Design and executes in-house production which includes voicing, writing, dubbing and archiving of commercials and promotional announcements. Assign and direct on-air staff in the production (and writing, where applicable) of commercials for clients. Provide creative support to the sales department and clients with regard to commercials and promotional announcements. Oversee the quality of all on-air production. Track and correct daily commercial discrepancy reports. Other duties as assigned by manager.

High School Diploma Required

Written and verbal communication skills required; strong problem-solving abilities; must be able to operate assigned technical equipment; strong production skills necessary; experience with digital production and all inclusive on-air computer systems; strong work ethic and standards; operate studio equipment; ability to work well under pressure; computer proficiency. You must have the ability to interact professionally with clients, co-workers, and listeners. You must have the ability to provide creative support to the sales department and clients with regard to commercials and copy. On-air experience and ability to conduct or voice-track an on-air shift is a plus.

2 to 3 years minimum production and broadcast experience required; experience writing and voicing commercials; experience with digital production programs and on-air computer systems necessary. Previous Production Manager experience is preferred.
