Part Time Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lincoln Financial Media Company of Colorado has an immediate opening for a part time receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet prize winners, job applicants and other visitors, and arrange for package services. Operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Distribute mail and other light clerical duties, as needed.

Shifts available are 8:30am to 12:45pm and 12:45pm to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidate should possess general office skills. Must have excellent communication skills.
