Raycom Media Inc, has an opening for a Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to support the News and Digital Media departments at its corporate office in the RSA tower.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support directly for executive leadership to assist in developing and completing projects related to broadcast news coverage and digital media including websites, mobile applications and digital channels.
The self motivated candidate should have 3-5 years experience working directly for executive leadership and a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Office Products. Conference organization, travel related preparation, creativity and the ability to quickly learn new software applications are required. Must have solid communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of budgeting processes, SharePoint & TM1 software are desirable. A college degree is preferred.
