Administrative &Traffic Coordinator

ABC & Fox TV is seeking an Administrative & Traffic Coordinator to join our Max Media of Montana team in Bozeman. This position will be responsible for trafficking commercials for television stations and administrative assistant duties. Computer competent with strong detail orientation and organizational skills are required. Previous broadcast traffic experience is preferred though not required.

General office administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones, receiving guests, office maintenance & general organization, maintaining filing system, handling postage, ordering supplies. Responsible for trafficking commercials for the ABC and Fox stations in Butte and Bozeman. Enter advertising orders, copy instructions, and other information related to television advertising schedules into computer system. Work with Account Executives to ensure receipt and accuracy of necessary information. Assist in event planning and execution including, but not limited to, printed event programs, liaison with event facility and staff, creation of power point presentations, invitation database and rsvp tracking. Assist in developing sales packages of programming for both ABC and Fox television using information provided by the Station Manager. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle many details simultaneously, and familiarity with multiple computer systems. A strong work ethic and an equally strong desire to learn and grow are also a must. Past experience in broadcast traffic is helpful though not required. Must enjoy working with the public and problem solving. Positive attitude is a must.
