SENIOR ADVERTISING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR KMSB FOX 11 & KTTU The Home of Comedy 18 is accepting applications for the position of Senior Advertising Operations Coordinator. DUTIES • Organize, process and route in-coming and out-going mail and packages • Assist in organizing all on and off-site sales and station events and meetings • Process incoming accounts payable invoices and client checks • Input and maintain promotional spot contracts and run end of month reports • Maintain and replenish office supplies and office equipment • Pull and distribute daily and month end sales reports • Coordinate alternate logs, fulfill daily BACS/Recon requests and daily log write-ons • Back-up to Local and National Assistants and Copy, Research, and Programming Coordinators • Maintain news billboard sales sponsorship grids • Print and file station logs and as-run reports • Oversee the Sales Support Team and coordinate paid-time-off schedules • Make travel arrangements for DOS and assist Sales Managers with travel arrangements • Assist news and sales with all sales related on-air contests • Perform various clerical functions and additional duties as needed EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • (2) Two years experience assisting at the executive level preferred along with HS diploma or equivalent • Prior television or media experience preferred • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of employees • Strong computer skills and expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to interpret and resolve sensitive and complex issues and maintain confidentiality • Good with math and hold basic financial skills • Able to perform multi-tasking, work independently and work well as a team • Reliability and good attendance CONTACT If you qualify for the position, please send resume to KMSB, Director of Sales, 7831 N.
