Digital Account Executive

Responsibilities include building new relationships with local businesses through prospecting, cold calling and canvassing territories to secure new advertising accounts. AE will be responsible for achieving revenue goals while enhancing customer satisfaction; servicing accounts, presentations, promotions, and research; conceptualize and communicate creative ideas; follow through on production for new business clients; and establish and maintaining customer relationship. Ideal candidate will interface with GSM and AEs to build digital revenue from existing relationships while building personal customer base. In addition, this candidate will take on management of specific existing digital projects and other duties as assigned by manager.


Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Skills: The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Internet and strong computer proficiency. They must have the ability to implement and reinforce marketing strategies; be able to understand differentiate, and communicate our radio brands online; be motivated to build customer loyalty; be highly organized, able to multitask, and must thrive in a fast-paced environment. The right applicant must maintain and balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong time management skills and strong detail orientation are essential. They must have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills, both in person and by telephone. The ideal candidate will have high work ethics and standards; strong problem solving and persuasive skills; the ability to interact and influence others in a positive manner while working and learning in a fast-paced, successful team environment. Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a digital sales environment with demonstrated sales success.
