JOB DESCRIPTION:

Content Marketing Creative Lead needed

Boncom is an advertising and communications agency. We develop innovative and strategic campaigns both traditionally and in the digital realm. Our staff is comprised of exceptionally talented team members who bring these clients meaningful messages to life. 

We are seeking someone for a full-time position with a broad knowledge of digital content and media: social media, web, email, and blog, who can build a full-service content team from creative to production. The candidate should be able to lead and mentor people in the all aspects of content creation, and will work as part of the creative team.

Core Capabilities

A deep knowledge and experience in digital media: social, video, and web media.
Ability to write or design for social/digital (this position will include managing and creating).
Appreciation of tight timelines and a publishing mindset for content creation.
A proven understanding of what content works best in the various social and digital channels.
An eye for design and sense of exceptional writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities Include

Working with Boncom strategy, UX, and creative leads to establish goals.
Organizing and managing multiple streams of content (multiple campaigns, multiple channels).
Repurposing content across multiple channels (website, email, display, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Creating content calendars and production timelines.
Establishing goals and optimizing content to drive engagement.
Reporting on key metrics.
Your Team Will Be Responsible For

Overseeing daily postings.
Overseeing blog posts and longer format content.
Overseeing the creation of simple videos.
Reviewing and moderating user comments, escalating issues to leaders. 
Overseeing publishing in the clients CMS.
Overseeing production of display and paid social banners and videos.
Connecting content with Creative strategy, Account leadership, and UX strategy.
Working with Boncom analysts to measure the success of the content and engagements.
Interfacing with clients to establish trust, and build rapport. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Tools

Listening tools such as Hootsuite (or comparable program).
Social Adobe Creative Suite (including basic knowledge of Premier). 
Qualifications

A minimum of five years of experience creating content for consumer brands. 
A degree in marketing, advertising, or design.
Expertise in proven social media platforms (FB, Twitter, YouTube).
Experience helping brands determine new channels to prioritize over others.
Experience working with other specialists who measure and analyze content (SEO, Analytics, UX).
