Bonneville International San Francisco is seeking fun, enthusiastic, outgoing, hardworking, music-loving, creative, reliable individuals to work part-time in the Promotions Department. Its a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of radio, marketing, public relations, and more while working in a fun-filled environment. Get your foot in the door of the radio and music industry!
Act as the face of the radio station.
Assist the Marketing Director, Street Team Coordinator and/or Promo Specialists with on-site set-up at larger scaled events with some in the office work from time to time.
Must be able to work independently while representing the station in a positive manner, with a can do approach for all your assigned duties.
Act as station representative at concerts, bar nights, in-store appearances, movie screenings and other event driven experiences.
Take photos at events and provide and post compelling content for station social media platforms.
Upload post event information and content that may include event summaries, posting quality photos, videos and audio clips.
This is a part-time position as hours are mostly during the weekend and will fluctuate during the year.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Must be knowledgeable about the brands, music formats, lifestyle and Bay Area.
An outgoing personality is key.
Will work nights and weekends.
Prior promotional experience a plus.
Clean Driving Record and Valid California Drivers License is a must
Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination
Lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
